Volunteers provide over 50% of our rides and are the key factor in keeping rides available and affordable, keeping program costs down, and keeping our program intrinsically connected to the community. Nutmeg Senior Rides has a specific service area for senior transportation in Connecticut.

Nutmeg Senior Rides provides senior transportation in West Suffield CT, Bloomfield CT, South Windsor CT, Somers CT, Enfield CT, Granby CT, East Granby CT, Suffield CT, Windsor CT, Windsor Locks CT, and East Windsor CT.

Every person who has it in their heart to contribute to the noble cause of helping improve seniors' transportation in Connecticut can be part of our family by becoming a rider, becoming a volunteer, making a donation, or becoming one of our sponsors.

Quotation marks by Nutmeg Senior Riders

A lot of seniors face isolation and a reduced quality of life due to reduced access to affordable transportation options, that is why we allow people to "age in place" without being home bound.
